Barfly^® Rum, White, and Blue

• 2 oz of white rum
• ½ oz of blue curacao
• ¼ oz simple syrup
• 2 drops of orange bitters
• 3 oz salted heavy cream

1. Add white rum, blue curacao, simple syrup and orange bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Add salted heavy cream to a shaker.
3. Shake and stir all ingredients.
4. Strain the mixing glass combined ingredients into a glass.
5. Slowly layer cream on top of the cocktail.
6. Serve and enjoy.
