Barfly® Brunch

  • 1 dash of Angostura bitters
  • ½ oz of Demerara simple syrup
  • ½ oz of coffee liquor
  • 2 oz of aged rum
  • For whipped cream:
  • 4 oz of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  1. In tin, hard dry shake until whipping texture is achieved
  2. Layer whipped cream on top of cocktail
